Simple hotel with great amenities

Great hotel for a simple stay in the Ramstel, Herselt area. Great internet. Great breakfast, self-serve kitchen area available for other meal preparation if desired. Massage, yoga and other activities available (depending on schedule). Close to walking trails. It's really a nice simple spot.

Verzorgd hotel, voldoende uitleg bij aankomst. Gelegen langs een drukke weg maar 's nachts geen last van. Lekker ontbijtbuffet, ook al was ik de enige gast in het hotel.

The place is very good, very big apartment and very quiet area. However I may say is not an Hotel, is more an apart-Hotel. When I got there a man came out, didn't ask my name nor my I.D. and gave me the key without speak a word ¿?... then he left. I couldn't ask anything, I didn't know the wifi password or how to use the things inside the apartment. Looks like he doesn't speak english. On the other hand, the lady of the breakfast was very nice and tried to help us and please us. In the night a lot of noise from the other rooms, but since there was no service at all (no front service desk), I couldn't ask for help. So, I didn't rest that good. I wouldn't repeat the experience.

Leuk hotel, hebben er 1 nacht verbleven, gingen naar een oldtimermeeting de dag erna en hadden wat frisdrank en al bij en ijspacks die hebben we in de gezamelijke frigo kunnen wegsteken zodat we fris onze dranken konden meenemen naar de meeting, heel goed ontbijt ook, kamer was ook in orde, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, een ventilator ook die wat hielp bij dit warme weer

Heerlijke sfeer. Hele lieve leuke eigenaresse. We gingen voor Rock Werchter, maar kregen er een klein dierentuintje bij. Verrassend leuk hotel

Eenvoudig hotel, voldoet prima.

Eenvoudig hotel, maar hoewel het geen luxe uitstraalt is het een prima hotel om te overnachten. Voor mij ideaal om met de fiets naar Rock Werchter te kunnen zonder te moeten camperen en toch betaalbaar. Vriendelijk geholpen. Ontbijt overgeslagen wegens tijdgebrek dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen, maar kreeg wel ongevraagd een flesje fruitdrank mee voor onderweg wat mooi meegenomen was. Vrijstaande ligging in een klein dorp, waar wel o.a. een supermarkt, frituur en 24h automaten aanwezig zijn. Ook zonder 'doel' is het mooi fietsen in de omgeving, zeker via fietsknooppunten (knp.12 is dichtbij).

A quiet and cosy hotel.

Hotel Amethist is a nice and quiet B&B hotel. The town of Ramsel is small but it has the essentials needed for your stay. There isn't much traffic so if you value a good night's rest this hotel will suit you. The staff is friendly, which is always a big plus.
