"Hotel is fabulous. Finding it is another story. Due to construction in the Zurich airport none of the signs are correct. We spent 1 hr 20 minutes looking, asking, being sent the wrong place, ended up at the Hyatt and they called a cab to take us approximately 500 feet which were not walkable due to construction. A nightmare. The hotel could be sending an email to people registered telling them how to get there -- which is an outside walk, not inside the terminal as advertised and signage suggests. Nobody we asked got it right except the Hyatt concierge, including Swiss Rail office, many employees in the airport, etc. "

"Hotel under renovation in lobby area. Room are dated and carpet worn. Restaurant was good for dinner. No breakfast included. Had to pay for airport shuttle. "
