"Lovely clean comfy room. Easy 30 min walk along the river to the hotel from central station. I slept so well, I didn't have time to have the included breakfast. Staff on reception at check in very welcoming and I was able to check in a little early which was great. "

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "

"i arrived jetlagged from USA. I was so tired and check in was at 3 and usually thats the way it is but from time to time i've been lucky and have gotten a room when I arrive in Europe in the am. What upsets me is that they had rooms but wanted to gouge me for 60 Euros instead which wasn't nice. So I was forced to walk around in the cold for 7 hours till they were ready. So unfair, I never stay there again !"
