"Lovely quiet spot. Easy access to beach and eateries and a walkable distance to the train. Would have loved to have some plates and cutlery in the room. Room was huge and although a little tired looking I really enjoyed my stay here. "
"I really enjoyed my stay there. The reception ladies were lovely, cleaning team very helpful and thorough, and the location was more than ideal, peaceful and quiet, Karrinyup shopping district and CBD easily accessible if you have a car. My only qualm was that i was not told about the security bond until i arrived for check in, which was a bit inconvenient to pay on the spot, however i booked through Expedia so perhaps that’s their responsibility for not putting it in the fine print. Nonetheless...

"Cleanliness was good and room was spacious and generally well equipped (although basic toilet amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush have to be requested from the counter). While there were minimal parking space available within the hotel, there are plenty of affordable parking near the hotel that feels relatively safe since it is near UWA. Generally convenient with a short car ride to the city centre that has plenty of food and groceries options. "
"This is a fantastic hotel to use as a base for a visit to Perth. It is very close to Subiaco train station and it is very easy to get into the centre. Excellent breakfast with a great view from the 9th floor - I would definitely recommend!"

"Stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth."
