"We’ve been on the road for 2 weeks and this is the worst place we’ve stayed. Rated 5 when we booked Two almost identical hotels back to back. Waited in line only to find we had to go to the building behind. Booked for 2 beds and they gave us one. Elevator and corridors dirty, especially outside our room. Light switch in bathroom broken and kept going on and off. Toilet seat not connected to toilet. Dresser drawers all open when we arrived, closed them, an hour later they were open again. Had to...

"Staff at front desk are so clueless although I paid true Expedia they charged me full price on check in when I mentioned I have paid true Expedia she said she will credit me, on checkout the charges me full prices on my credit card again when I mention she argued with me tha No she only charged me 81 dollars when I showed her my credit card she told meat is wrong I had to call me credit card comp at and file fraudulent charge on the two charges "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. It's surrounded by so many great shops (Ulta, Marshals, Starbucks Ben & Jerrys and many great restaurants), making everything easy and convenient. "Room was comfortable and fit for family, bathroom and dresser also spacious , dinning area was very useful but small problem was the kitchenware like pan and pot was degenerated from used and kitchen tools smelly, so I brought new one instead. "Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

"The room was clean the lobby elevator and stairway needs to be clean a little better looked like blood spots on the floor. But otherwise it was an okay stay"

"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."

"Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast…...

"First room I went in I had to request to be moved to a different room as it smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty. Second room didn’t smell but the carpets were filthy so I kept shoes on as much as possible and bathroom did nit seem clean then I realized the next day the area around the toilet was dirty with urine. Disgusting place. "
