Fin og rolig beliggenhet i gangavstand fra jernbanestasjonen. Kanskje ikke det mest moderne, men fint rom med ganske nyrenovert bad og vinduer av nyere dato. Trivelig italiensk restaurant og et bakeriutsalg med kafébord like ved.

Aufgrund Personalmangels wurden wir ohne weitere Kosten ins Best Western umgebucht. Das war für uns absolut ok, die Info erfolgte persönlich umd zeitlich ausreichend. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich damit also auf das Bedt Western in Helmstedt.

Deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad eine komplette Katastrophe: soooo klein, dass man sich selbst und der Tür im Weg steht, also über BMI von 25 hat man verloren. Tür offen lassen geht nicht, da nach innen zu öffnen. Selbst der Duschvorleger ist zu groß!!! Der Heizkörper neben dem Klo war in Kniehöhe dick gelb von Stehpinklern, in gesprenkelt verrostet, was nur bedeuten kann, dass der Urin lange einwirken konnte. Die Schnur vom Fön dreckig, kein Wasserdruck, einfach nur bäh! Das Zimmer roch alt-muffig. Das Bett war bequem, aber man hat sich einfach nur unwohl gefühlt.

Bei solch einem Preis pro Nacht, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Duschkabine sauber, das WC heil, der Hygiene Eimer entleert ist und die Duscharmatur heil ist. Es sind vielleicht nur Kleinigkeiten, aber auch wir müssen für unser Geld ordentliche Arbeit abgeben. Alles andere ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Super Stilvolles Hotel mitten in Helmstedt 👍

Nach 60 km Radtour wurden wir herzlichst empfangen und unsere Räder haben sofort einen vernünftigen sicheren Abstellplatz bekommen . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen 👍. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel fahren . Vielen Dank

Besser im Sommer ;-)

Angenehmes kleines Zimmer, nichts besonderes aber den Erwartungen entsprechend. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war angenehm kühl eingestellt, gut zum Schlafen. In Kombination mit der Wassertemperatur, die beim Duschen nicht warm wurde, war es dann doch etwas frostig. Morgens kalt duschen war nicht eingeplant. Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber auch nicht zu beanstanden. Die auf Rückfrage vorhandene Hafermilch ist positiv hervorzuheben.

Hôtel de caractère très bien situé

L'hôtel se trouve à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Il est situé dans une très belle bâtisse et a su préserver le caractère du lieu. La propreté est irréprochable. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, avec en plus une machine Nespresso. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Only a very brief stay. The room was very tastefully decorated. Great to have a small terrace that led from the room, which made a nice start to the morning. Staff were wonderful! Hope to return soon.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Service

Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Frühstück war für den Preis sehr angemessen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit. Hatte ein Zimmer nahe der Rezeption und die Gespräche waren deutlich hörbar.

Ein schönes, altes Gebäude, geschmackvoll renoviert. Unser Zimmer hatte ein neues Badezimmer und Möbel. Einzig die Flecken auf dem Sofa hätten mal entfernt werden müssen. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, kann ich nur empfehlen
