"The property is incredibly clean, well-organized, and the hosts are exceptionally kind. When we asked for more coffee, they generously gave us an abundance, and they even treated our high school kids to hot cocoa! They also set up the sofa bed so neatly into a queen-size bed, allowing us to stay in total comfort. We were provided with plenty of towels, and they kept checking in to see if we needed anything else. Paihia has so many accommodation options, but this place offers the perfect combination of a reasonable price and top-tier condition. Highly recommended!"
"Was made to feel welcomed and appreciated by all staff.
Beautiful place to unwind and relax, enjoy the ocean view, excellent treatment services in day spa, cosy restaurant with great food.
Close to amenities with so many activities to choose from during stay.
Quiet, peaceful and large balcony to enjoy the sea views.
Provided a metal not plastic kettle in kitchenette.
Filters kept clean in large spa bath.
And amazing to find a Holy Bible in room. Blessed.
Everything you need especially if you want to stay in."
"Firstly we were upgraded which was appreciated , but unfortunately the heat pump didn’t work and it was freezing , eventually a heater was found ,but then the shower drain was blocked and the bathroom flooded into the bedroom , however staff were super quick to come and unblock the drain and mop up the mess."
"Really nice cosy room with everything I needed and on a quiet street with no road noise but still within the cbd.
I was slightly late for check in but the staff had waited for me and were really friendly."
"This hotel was great, exactly what we needed. The reception staff when checking in and checking out were very helpful and lovely. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good size portions. The pool looked really nice even in the middle of winter. Would happily stay here again."
