"Simply beyond my expectations "

"The building is new, we stayed for 4 days and didn't clean the room more than once"

"Cons: There is construction at every corner. It’s loud at 4am. Bring your ear plugs. Towels were hard as a rock as if they starch them. Bring your own water in. Shower blasted scorching hot water ever 2 min then cold. Shocking to find a non smoking hotel where outside balcony had cigarette butts all over. Pros: Hotel and Staff were amazing. Rooms are big and spacious. Comfortable. I would give it higher rating but with all the loudness that’s about it. "

"I’m disappointed I have to pay $15/night for parking. Car was parked in parking lot and appears not to be secured."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff and just a walk away from a shopping center and restaurants."

"Staff was friendly and the food/drinks were good. One elevator was working and the pool was closed (which is a big bummer when you have kids). There was nothing noted about the pool being closed so that was frustrating. "

"Place is run down! Pictures on website are not what the hotel looks like. Staff is clueless, I heard the front desk saying the manager is on vacation and he’s new so he doesn’t know what to do. Maintenance was assisting in the front desk but has no clue either! Carpets dirty, bathroom paint chipped, bed and pillows are so uncomfortable and everything was dirty!! If I wasn’t tired I would have asked to get a refund and left but they couldn’t help me with that anyway since the manager is away. Please update the photos on website. It’s dishonest and work on the staff training."
