"Our ferry was postponed due to weather so we had an unexpected night in Santander. What a silver lining this turned out to be! Hotel Chiqui’s location is spot on, improved only by the excellent service we received from the very helpful staff - a huge shout out to Jeimy and Cristina in particular who were both lovely. "Had a nice two night stay, everything went well, staff good, especially the very helpful lady on reception. The area is a bit of a quiet gem, with loads of quiet roads to explore and a quaint village in walking distance. The nearby Laredo was good too, and just a short drive. Highly recommended. "
