This place is awesome! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Claudia, who was the most helpful person that I’ve ever met working on the hospitality business. She should get a raise because she made the trip much better with her wonderful English, helpful restaurant suggestions, and Cuba travel tips.

I will highly recommend. The staff were great. In Jamaican slag- “ big up to the Manager and her team, from cleaners, cookers, customer service representatives!” They were all professional. Wi-Fi only available on the 11th floor, but remember it’s Cuba and it will take time before they catch up with the rest of the world. Apart from Wi-Fi, the property was great. El Idilio restaurant and Mercado-tienda is where you need to go to get food. They are close to the property.

The location was great-close to many good restaurants and not as busy and noisy as Old town. The staff were exceptional!! It was because of these staff members that made our stay excellent! AnnaMaria (reception) made us feel right at home and went over and above to help us out, Michel (bartender) was helpful, very friendly and makes very good mojitos. Lila(reception) was also very accommodating. On the day we checked out the gentleman that relieved Lila at reception(do not know his name) went down to the street to make sure our taxi was there and offered to bring all our luggage down. He also went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this property. The wonderful staff helped make our stay in Havana perfect!

In High Season the good rooms go fast - book early
Best accommodation secret in Havana. Very Safe location that is close to the two avenues that go into Central and/or Old Havana. Fairly Quiet area and just a few minute walk to the Malacon CasavanaCuba is my place to stay next visit to Havana.
Nothing impressive outside but nice inside.

Great property close to the center of Havana. All of the staff was so welcoming and attentive. They went about and beyond to make sure you felt at home. There is a small bar in the lobby of the Hotel which was a plus. The breakfast was also good for the price.

Not bad, but a bit far from action
All was good, don't need shampoo or toilet paper. May need soap. Bed was soft! The reception was there, need to ring for it. Only bad is the 5 or 6 keys you need to know to get in and use the elevator. Thin walls to outside, and no Wifi other than 11th floor. Overall not bad, but can be better. Little far from main things I wanted to do.

Great Hotel in Havana
To be honest we did not know what to expect from a BnB hotel in Havana but it turned out to be really good. Especially, considering the price. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. We had a large group so booked 3 rooms total and all 3 were good. Now Wi-Fi in the rooms was not too great, but it worked well in each lobby (the hotel has 3 floors of the building). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of Havana and the sea from 11th floor balcony was great. And they also have some really good Cuban Rum in the bar!!! There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Old Havana with posh hotels and restaurants is 10minutes by taxi. Thoroughly enjoyed our say. If we go to Havana again we will definitely stay there again.

Dont be put off by the external appearance of the building. The Hotel itself is as its shown and the people could not be friendlier or more helpful. Walking distance to good, waterfront restaurants and the bar across the street is good too Thanks to Rafael and his sister

It was very pleasant staying. The best part is the Staff, super friendly people that go above and beyond to make your staying very comfortable. Large and clean facilities. Love the shower, always nice warm water. Definitely worth the money. Lots of good places to explore nearby. Highly recommend it.

Very good option for the price . Clean rooms and easy access to restaurants . Walking distance to the Malecon . They should give more instructions to check in . You have to go to the 11th floor but the room are on the 4th and 5th .
