"We booked this in error thinking it was in Hanoi. But Hanoi is about hour taxi ride from there. Luckily, the hotel was brilliant and we visited the most beautiful Monastery high in mountains, beautiful lake and the stunning village where the clouds touch the buildings as it’s so high up , tam dao. These turned out to be our fav places !’ The hotel , staff, food, service is immaculate! Also have lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi’. We found out it’s mainly a business hotel but we loved every min...

"We wished we had planned a second night! We stayed here on our return from Sa Pa before taking a flight the next day. Very convenient and roads with light traffic to get to the airport. This is a 121 ha resort in a natural setting where you have free access to bicycles to explore. There are 2 or 3 restaurants including an excellent breakfast buffet. You can hear frogs singing at night and birds...what a concept around noisy Hanoi."
