Trentham Waters Resort

"We were told the resort is 10 months old. Our cabin (they call them villas), was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water for the 2 of us. There was not a lot of storage in the bedrooms but good cupboard space in the kitchen. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The children and families looked like they were having a great time in the pool and splash area, but we didn't use them. The spa was always occupied. The on-site restaurant and bar was handy and the food was nice. The boat ramp and jetty on the Murray River are about a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive depending on where you are staying in the resort. The work installing the new cabins (villas) did not impact on our stay. We liked the 'Palm Springs' style of the resort. The nearest supermarket is at least 15 minutes drive away and Mildura is at least 20 minutes drive away."
