"Honest and true review.
The continental breakfast was great. The staff very friendly, corteous and professional. I accidentally forgot my sweater as I hauled my family out the door and when I called them an hour later, one of the managers had it safely secured and nothing was missing. When I picked it up, it was bagged up and ready at the front counter. Room was spacious.
The pool is not heated, which could be a pro or a con, depending on your preferences.
After the 1st night I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the rooms and the following is true to our stay with my kiddos. Found a receipt from a previous guest in one of the drawers, which I understand is not that big of a deal. I then found a toenail in the bathtub right before I showered. There was "unidentifiable" goop on the shower curtain and hair. When I tried to grab a towel from a cubby in the bathroom, there were used tissues next to them. Found an ant on a pillow as I was putting my 1 year old son down for a nap. Next to the bed closest to the window was a case for a smart watch, which indicated to me that it was an area that wasn't cleaned. I don't have any plans on booking a stay here again."
