My booking on 8th September 2018 was being revert to the other hotel without my concern. The other hotel that was being appointed to me was not close to the actual stndard for the room that ive been booked before. The night staft also was not friendly as they took forever to gave my refund as they asked me to return to their property tomorrow. As my plan was ruined for the whole night cause at 11pm I need to search for another room for my family to stay for that prticular night. The room that has been appointed to me was a terrible room as the floor was dirty and the room a bit creepy. I am not recommed this prticular hotel to the traveller. Poor service and lack skill of understanding the customer’s thought. They also cant really speaks English and I dont understand Thai language. Overall, poor service and i wont coming back to this hotel anymore.

very good in customer service, other than that I'm did feel good for this hotel, it was too far from the city.When I back to hotel ,I'm been lost 2 time.

When I step into the room, the floor was dirty. The condition of bed about 40% well. Unsatisfied with this hotel.

Reasonable cost
Room was ok in hotel centrally located. Nothing much in direct vicinity. MacDonald's a 500 m walk away. Dim Sum around the corner. Breakfast was a set menu with thinnest slices of tomato and cucumber that I have ever seen. Rubbery eggs.
