"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"Room was clean when arrived apart from the spoons and cup being dirty which was not good so I had to ask to get replaced. The hotel is under construction so bear in mind that there is alot of building work and people about so if your looking for a quiet get away this is totally your choice as there ..."

A bit lower standard than expected.
"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."
