"Talk about a great place to stay and pet-friendly too. Roomy but not a suite. Quiet and some solitude away from the hustle and bustle of Banff town proper. Spendy...but of course, it's Banff. From staff member at check-in was very helpful."

"Nice hotel, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the spa. Dry saunas were not very hot, salt sauna only had limited space and people were staying there for 15-20 minutes and we had to wait for a while in line to get in. Restaurant is very nice - probably the best part of our afternoon. Pools are nice, but in my opinion we didn't get much out of it for the price we paid."

"Over priced for the rates that they charge. Very outdated, lots of maintenance issues need correcting. Fan coming out of the ceiling, bits missing from the ceiling, curtains not properly attached to the valance, kitchenette item need to be updated and maintained. Rates need to be at least a third of current costs to reflect the condition of the hotel. Small park is nice for littles, hot pool is a larger hot tub with less jets, nice to have a hot pool on site. Great location."
