We have stayed at this hotel before with our dogs like we did this time. I was there about a month ago with our dogs. The room they gave us room# 218 should NOT be rented out at all. There were crumbs not vacuumed behind the chair, the shower/tub tile was gross, there was black all around the tub. The faucet in the bathroom is starting to come out like you could feel it lift up every time you tried to use it. The carpets were very badly stained. We've stayed in lots of pet friendly hotels and have never had such a run down in need of a good cleaning room. It was late evening that we checked in after spending the day at the lake and were too tired to ask for another room even for the next night, we didn't use the shower and kept our socks/shoes on at all times. My wife took photos and video to show how bad the room was.

The room that we checked into did not have a working toilet, and there was a bunch of black dirt on the bottom of the curtain and stains on the floor when we entered the Parkade to unload our vehicle we stepped in a large amount of bird poop, and then realized that the entire bar was covered in bird poop Was flooding with water Then we entered the hotel and realized that it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was dirt everywhere repairs were done. Drywall was hanging off the ceiling spots. This is very old and run down the lady at the front desk was very nice. She was trying her best but whoever owns this hotel should really pay a visit to it and see how horrible shape it in. I was super shocked to see how dirty this hotel was

First room was not like web pictures, outdated, air conditioning blowing warm, changed rooms, was more updated, air conditioning not working, window sills had lots of dead flies that hadn’t been cleaned, overall not good!

Very friendly Staff. Lobby was very nicely designed and well kept. Fresh clean scent. Room was clean with a great view of the pretty courtyard snd mountains. Comfortable bed, TV, mini fridge and microwave. Older Hotel but very nice. Felt like we were in Switzerland as it is unique. A block away from the beach street was super nice and quiet.
