"The staff was amazing, and the place is very clean. The front desk was very helpful; the breakfast area (Lounge 1643) was short-staffed, but we can't blame them due to the World Cup. The only thing we didn't like is the vending machine on the 4th floor; after 12am, we went to get water, and it said, "Choose a different item." We have to go to different floors to get bottle water"
