"Cockroaches, had to buy cleaning supplies and roach traps and clean the room myself, blood on the blanket, the bedcover, pillow, bathroom door and walls, other guests smoking in front of my heat pump so all of my clothes smell like smoke, parking lot in terrible conditions."

"Rooms keys didnt work, no fault of the worker. Toliet in one room didnt flush, toliet in the other room was loose and wobbly. Sweat band from previous person in drawer. Roach was found inside and out of the room. Tub was AWFUL."

"I was unable to check in because the front desk did not have a working computer. The person at the desk seemed completely unaware of our reservation made through Hotels.com and was unable to assist in any meaningful way. The condition of the property itself was unacceptable and not suitable for guests. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel in the area. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against staying here. The property appears to be in such poor condition that it raises serious concerns about its suitability for operation. "
