"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The view of the opera house is breathtaking. The only complaint I have is the internet charge ($25/ day) which should be included in the rate for the hotel of this caliber. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel if u plan to be in sydney."

"We enjoyed our stay as our daughter lives there and it was great for us shopping n transport n restaurants excellent. The only negative was the unit need some updating n maintenance work but would still stay there again "
"As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility. "
