We had room on the third floor. Was quiet and had two queens. The view looked out towards the beach. We could see the beach and ocean between the buildings. I’d stay here again."

This is totally unacceptable! Also I wanted to renew my IHG Ambassador membership and was tod no need to renew as the membership has no renewal option and is not necessary to renew, the benefits keep going! IHGis this correct? This sure makes me want to just drop my IHG membership….. "

"What an interesting place to stay in SF. The owner and assistant were so much fun, interesting and helpful. In a location in mid-south ish part of the city close to everything we wanted to do. We will recommend this spot to anyone that wants a bed and breakfast and/or something with tremendous history, nice room and bathroom with everything you could need. "

"Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Shower water was brown, and we had to wait for it to clear up to take a shower. Shower head was falling off, which caused the water to leak out onto the floor. The bathroom had holes in the wall. Bathroom vent was caked in dust and extremely dirty. The flooring looked as though it had not been cleaned before. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty. We had to sleep on top of the bedding. Would not recommend to stay. Staff looks as though...

"Hotel is dated older building as you would expect - great value, very clean, friendly staff - also a great location yet as u will find San Fran is still dealing with a serious homeless issue. It’s unnerving but manageable walking even at night. The homeless largely leave you alone, yet it is sad to see. And good to be aware. "

"So dirty, carpet smelled like wet mold, bathroom floor was peeling up and missing spots. Bathroom was overall a yellow pee color, very gross. Couldn’t stand the smell, had to leave and book a room somewhere else. Expensive and disappointing."
