This was a great place to stay at in Hanoi. Easy to walk to good food, sights, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good condition with good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond with the service level as well. Definitely would come back here again.

Fantastic staff with excellent service. Location is close to many famous restaurants and coffee shops including Cafe Ngiem and the famous xoi restaurant. The facility is brand new and very nice. The only thing is I wish the rooms are bigger.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, and the front desk staff is wonderful. We were looking for help to book a tour of Ha Long Bay. Abee took fantastic care of us, booked the tour and follow up with us to make sure that everything was perfect. She is awesome, and provided amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend staying at The Q.
