I'm a Korean tourist. The host(homeowner) is kind. The facilities are clean. I always book here whenever I come to Hanoi. There are plenty of towels. If you can find accommodation in Hanoi Meading, I highly recommend the host(homeowner) here.

The owner who visited from Feb. 29 to Mar. 3 was very kind. The owner waited for me until late. And the cleaner cleaned every day. And he replaced the clean towel. Ho Chi Minh always paid, but there was no such thing. Thanks to the very kind owner, I could travel more easily and enjoy my trip. He also checked my stuff again. If I visit Hanoi, I will make a reservation again here. For your information, I am Korean. I wrote in English so that the owner can recognize my writing.

Bathroom area drainage wasn't good as it got flooded each time I bathed. Owner wasn't really responsive and made multiple changes to the apartment I was supposed to stay. Right from the beginning, I have requested for the owner to share exact photos of the apartment one month before my stay. A week before my stay, I asked for the exact address and was given the info but this was again changed the day before my stay again. I have indicated to the owner that cleaning will not be required for that week which the owner did acknowledged however cleaning was still done. Communication has to be improved.

エクスペディアに掲載されている部屋写真を見て快適そうだとおもい予約しましたが、行ってみるとベランダは洗濯物でいっぱい。部屋の様子も掲載されているものとはかなり違い誤解を生むレベルと思いました。洗面所はカビがはえているしタオルも黄ばんでるというより茶色い、、みたいなかんじです。

It was difficult to reach the apartment; the address listed on the app was inaccurate, and even the local driver didn't know how to get to the office entrance to check in. When we arrived, there was no one there to greet us.

호텔은 미딘 지역 중심에 위치해 있으며, 한인 상권과 가까워 식당이나 카페 이용이 편리합니다. 경남 랜드마크 72까지 도보 이동이 가능하고, 주변에 마트와 편의점도 있어 생활하기 좋습니다. 다만, 하노이 구시가지(호안끼엠)와는 거리가 있어 관광 목적이라면 이동 시간이 다소 걸립니다. 청결 상태는 전반적으로 양호했으며, 침구 컨디션도 무난했습니다. 다만 인테리어는 호텔과는 다른 실용적인 공간 분위기입니다. 출장 시 늘 이용하는 곳으로 프론트가 없어 가끔 불편할 때 있지만 호스트에게 연락하면 친절하고 빠르게 대응해 줍니다.
