Everything !!! But above all , all the staff are very helpful and welcoming .. always ready to help .. fantastic breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and also cooked eggs…. Ms Mai, customer service was incredibly helpful and attended to all my enquiries .. would definitely stay here again

Nice little hotel close to attracrions

Hotel was in a good location in the old section of the city, short walk to most attractions. Got upgraded the first night because my room type was sold out which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of most of Hanoi's attractions. Miss Mai on reception and the other staff were very helpful making suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to try they can also book days out if you want them to.

Location X3! Hot & Cold running water in sink & shower. WiFi on all floors (when working). Clean for emerging country, they are happy to sell and book your tours. Friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to shop for the best price. Some rooms have NO windows. Pictures from room 501, large connecting room for 5, but one toilet and one shower.

Perfect hotel for groups and families

Excellent location in Hanoi old quarter. Walkable to many tourist spots including train street . Literally 100s of eating and shopping options right outside. Easy access to airport as well. Great friendly staff, clean luxurious, well maintained, stylish rooms. Lee even helped me with forex at a great rate.

The staff and the manager were very polite and helpful, but the room is nothing like the pictures on the post. Mold was all over the walls, and the place smelled musty , the TV didn’t work and we asked the manager to fix in once we checked in the room, she said she will send someone to check it out next day but never came, we stayed for 3 days and no one ever came through or we didn’t even bother to ask because we out most the day but my husband love to watch tv when we back to the room at night. The AC were leaking and water was everywhere and got though my suitcase. Just not what I experienced. They definitely need to do some cleaning at the hotel.

Our three day stay

When we arrive there, we didn’t have hot water. However, this was because there was a small switch on the wall that they did not tell us was necessary to have hot water. Once we are able to flip the switch, the hot water was fine. Just wish I could’ve told us that two days earlier! We had some small ants in the room which when we complained about, they attended to immediately. Other than that, the staff was very kind and they worked hard to please us!

Unbeatable location, Great service

Really enjoyed our stay here -- my friend and I spent 3 nights! The location is great -- right smack in the center of the old quarter and near the lake -- there's a yummy dessert spot opposite the hotel. Lee was very helpful and kind and they also helped us book a great tour (they booked Sunrise cruise for us). We asked to move to another room with windows and our request was granted no questions asked. Thanks Lee and Mai!

The hotel is in a good location but is very tired and could do with a good clean! We were informed on checkin that we couldn’t have the twin room we booked, but after standing our ground the twin room miraculously became available. Little things like having access to two keys became an issue and required us to request it multiple times. There are some lovely hotels in Hà Nội that are great value, clean and have excellent customer service. I would recommend people stay at one of those.

This place is just incredible! 😍 Location is excellent so close to everything, the street train, shops, lots of food options around! The rooms are very clean, loved it! But my partner and I what we love the most was the people that works there WOW! Mia was soooo helpful, Mia gave us ideas of things we could do in Hanoi, help us to book tours, trains, she was friendly, happy and funny! We loved her😍 and the other people that works there absolutely amazing, happy and ready to help! We are really grateful and very lucky we found them as our first hotel in Vietnam. Thank you ambassador team! You guys are awesome! 😍 Don't hesitate to stay there, you would have a good experience!
