Utmärkt läge

Lucky 1 som jag bokat, var för Vietnameser och inte så bekvämt tyckte personalen. Vi blev omedelbart hänvisade till Lucky 2 som låg några meter bort på samma gata. En uppgradering till samma kostnad. Suveränt och omtänkdamt!

ホアンキエム湖に近く、下町のにぎやかなエリアだったため、屋台も豊富で大満足。初めてだとちょっとわかりにくいエリアだが、ツアー旅行者も多く、旅行手配がしやすい。ハノイ駅にも徒歩15分ほど。基本が安いので、高い部屋にしたところ、部屋は広くて、バスタブ付きで冷房もしっかり効いていた。日本人が少なく、私たちには面白いエリアだった。近くにおしゃれな喫茶店もあって、静かにゆっくりできる場所もある。

2度と利用したくないホテル

説明ではバスタブ付でしたが、ＬＵＣＫＹ　HOTEL　Ⅱに移され、バスタブがなく、交渉しても戻してもらえませんでした。他の客も写真と違うといっていました。従業員がやたらにオプショナルツアーやタクシーを頼んで手数料を取りたがり、値段とロケーション以外は最悪でした。

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Hanoi, so dass man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht.

Das Hanoi Lucky Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, für alle die in erster Linie ein Dach über dem Kopf brauchen. Die Angestellten waren ausnahmslos junge Leute, die bemüht waren alles zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu erledigen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und haben alle einen Computer mit Internetzugang! In den unteren Etagen sind die Zimmer der hinteren Seite recht dunkel, da gleich das Nachbarhaus angrenzt. Das hat aber nicht gestört, da wir das Zimmer eh nur zum Schlafen brauchten. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch, aber es gibt ja genügend Garküchen. In 5 min. erreicht man den Hoan Kiem See und somit die Altstadt, was will man mehr.

Hotel liegt günstig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Personal ist äußerst hilfreich. Jedes Zimmer hat eigenen PC mit Internetanschluß

Hôtel Lucky à Hanoi dans le vieux quartier

Il y a deux Hôtel Lucky. Le niveau de confort des chambres n'est pas le même : un petit ** pour l'annexe, un *** pour le principal. (chambre 201 très jolie) Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. On peut facilement demander à l'hôtel l'organisation d'un trek, d'une randonnée en montagne, une voiture avec chauffeur, un guide parlant français, .... tout est possible, même la veille. Leur jonque Phoenix est très confortable en baie d'Halong, leur rando à Sapa avec logement chez l'habitant inoubliable. Une belle adresse.

Not Impressed

The Hanoi Lucky Hotel is self rated as a three star hotel. However, the service is substandard. My room was basic and didn't remotely look like any of the pictures provided on Expedia. The bed and furtine were basic and the room smelt of musk. A suprise was awaiting in the bedroom cabinet with a packet of condoms with one being used. Not very impressed and a basic spring clean or santity check would of picked this up. The breakfast consisted of a basic menu of Bread, Banana's and Eggs. There was 4 items on the menu and they were all poor quality. Normally I would say the price says is all, but that kind of money elsewhere will get you much better. Expedia i would recommend you revisit this hotel to ensure that the quality is the same

Die Lage des Hotels ist super.Nicht weit zum Center,zum See.Die Angestellten sprechen gut Englisch und sind hilfreich.Die Zimmer sind minimal Standard.Mehr auch nicht.Das Frühstück geht auch so.Lieber etwas mehr ausgeben.Der Manager hat 3 Hotels in der selben Strasse.Am besten ist Lucky 2.Die Buchungen gehen erst mal auf das Lucky 1.Wenn möglich in das Haus Nr.2 wechseln.
