旧市街の散策には便利

旧市街の散策には便利な場所にあります。スーパーマーケットも近いので買い物も便利です。また、空港とハノイ駅を結んでいる86番のバス停にも近くて、帰りの荷物が多少多くても大丈夫です。バス停までホテルのスタッフがガラガラとバス停まで運んでくれました。ホテルからほんの2,3分ですから。お土産を買いにＢＩＧ　Ｃまで行きましたが、ここのバス停を通るので楽でした。ホアンキエム湖も近くです。 困ったのはお湯の量がすくなくて、ちょろちょろしか出ないのでバスタブに貯めるのに、1時間以上かかりました。洗面所も流しに栓がないので、顔を洗うのに水、お湯をためて洗うことができませんでした。ハノイは今回で4回目の旅でしたが、風呂と洗面に苦労したのは今回が初めてです。アメニティは普通に用意されています。朝食は、種類は少ないですが、フォー、サニーサイドアップ等、注文できるメニューもあります。野菜類が少ないですね。

Nice location that's about all

On arrival the staffeta was very helpful and got us into a room since we arrived before check in. The best part of this hotel is the staff the building is run down and the rooms need a major reno there is turf in the hallways on every floor. The wash rooms look and operate like their from the stone age. Staff areally great building terrible.

Nice budget hotel

The room was good enough for a night stay but the noise from a neighboring room echoed along the corridor and can be heard clearly even past midnight. It is due to inconsiderate people who doesn't care about their kids. Probably can improve in the sound proofing and the air cond needs some repair. The flaps were broken, basically occupants can't direct the air flow.

Great location for us to discover Hanoi in a short time. We had a family room which was great but there was very little room to move or put any bags. Beds were quite hard too but the room was clean and the location great so it was Ok for us.

料金以上のサービスです　　フロントの対応もいいですね　朝食もＯＫです　 ホテル自体も客室もとても古いでした。日本語は少し通じました。

Located about 15 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake, in busy side street in Old Quarter. Hotel needs updating. Impressed by reception with lovely, friendly and very helpful English speaking ladies, including the porter and room service maid who refreshed our room promptly each day. Hotel has tour desk. We found the buffet breakfast adequate and good with hot Viet dishes – phor, rice porridge, spring rolls, sausages, meats, veg stir-fries, and for Western tastes – corn flakes, ham, salami, omelettes, or eggs to order, salad, breads, juices, milk and good strong Viet coffee. Different hot dishes each day which we all enjoyed. Good aircon in room which overlooks busy side street. Bath perhaps needs updating. Room has fridge and snacks to choose from. Quiet room.

評価5はコストとクラスを旅行目的で考慮した評価です。 （セールで一部屋2000円で宿泊。一人あたり1泊650円を考えると最高でした。） 3名でトリプルを予約。 朝から深夜まで出かけていたので朝食と寝るだけの利用。 ホテルでユックリしたい方は4星以上を選択下さい。 シングルベッド3台で日本のビジネスホテル程の広さ。 ベッドの硬さも問題無し。 トリプルルームはエアコンが2台と扇風機も有り、暑い日でも問題無し。 金庫/冷蔵庫/ポット/CDプレーヤー/ドライヤー アメニティー（歯ブラシ含）と一通り揃っていました。 タオルも人数分毎日交換されていました。 風呂とトイレが綺麗でしたがシャワーの水圧は強く有りません。 バスタブにカーテンが無い（半分ガラス囲い）ので シャワーの向きを注意しないとトイレがぬれてしまいます。 お湯はかなり高温迄出たので、冬場も問題なさそうです。 バスタオルは問題ありませんが、中タオルが少しボロボロ 神経質な人は持参を推奨します。 大通りを入った場所なので、車の騒音は少し多くホテル前は渋滞しがち。 トリプルルームは7階でしたが エレベータは6階迄です。 ポーターが荷物を運んでくれるので問題無し。 英語は必須ですが、中学英語程度の私でも 十分に会話を楽しめ、ベトナムで気に入った食べ物とか お奨めの店とかとにかく楽しませてくれる。 朝食はビュッフェとオーダ形式 メニューは無いのですが、目玉焼きやフォーを頼むと作ってくれました。 フォーも美味しかったです。 早朝出発を伝えると朝食弁当とウェックアップコールと 気を利かしてくれました。 （折角ですが残金のドンで空港で食べるので断りました。 　空港は出国審査前でバインミーが4万ドン（町中で2万ドン） 　出国審査後は同じ店で6ドルなので審査前がお奨め）

God kvalitet til prisen

Vi var super tilfredse med vores ophold på Hanoi Crystal Hotel. Kvaliteten var rigtig god i forhold til prisen, og det er placeret i den bedste del af byen. Alt personalet var meget venlige og meget hjælpsomme, fx i forhold til leje af scooter. Hvis man ikke behøves den store luksus, kan det dette klart anbefales. Det er anden gang vi bor der, og håber at vi kommer tilbage.

Well-located budgetable hotel with nice staff

We were three 25+ travelers who stayed in this hotel for 4days3nights. Our stay was pleasant with extremely friendly staff. Although the hotel/room interior may look a little bit old, all in all is a comfortable experience. Breakfast is good with Vietnamese noodles and different cooking of egg e.g scramble/boiled/sunny side up etc. Tour pick-up time is unbeatable because we were the last so can have more time for breakfast/sleep.

Excellent service, big room, big toilet

Very nice staff esp. emma, henry and also lily. Emma recommended the best beef noodle. There were some problems with the room at first but they were efficient enough to fix it immediately. Located near everything at the old quarter. We'll definitely book this hotel again if ever i will visit hanoi again.

최악의 호텔

예약전에 호텔에 메일을 보내 패밀리 룸에 발코니가 있는지 확인했고 발코니가 있는지 확인하고 예약했는데 막상 가보니 발코니가 없다하여 메일보낸걸 확인시켜줬더니 그 직원은 그만 뒀고 그직원이 잘 알지 못한상태에서 메일 답장을 한거라 무책임하게 말하더군요. 너무 덥고 지친 상태라 그냥 주는방에 갔는데 방은 너무 지저분하고 수압도 약하고. 최악은 작동이 되는지 조차 의심이 가는 에어콘이었습니다. 창문에 방충망도 없어 창문도 열수가 없었습니다. 다음날 아침 6시 체크아웃을 해야해서 도시락을 부탁했는데 2분만 1분만하던 도시락은 결국 6시 10분이 넘어서야 나왔고. 참 방을 나설때 물소리가 나서 혹시나 욕실에 물을 안장궜는지 봤더니 욕실 천정에서 물이 새고 있더군요. 그리고 다른분들이 봤다는 그것도 저희도 보고 말았네요

Excellent stay in the Old town of Hanoi

The staff of the Hanoi Crystal hotel are very professional, knowlegdeable and courteous. They have always accomodated my needs, even when I showed up on the wrong day! I have seen them bend over backwards to help other people. Amenities and rooms very clean and lovely. We were greeted each morning by name and had a delicious breakfast - I can recommend the omelettes and their chicken noodle soup. The hotel also provide tours, both of my trips to Halong bay and Sapa were arranged by them were seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommed this hotel for pleasure or whatever you may be requiring.

スタッフはフレンドリー、但し客室は…

先日、ハノイに滞在した際にこちらのホテルを使用したが、客室がイメージと異なった上、トイレ、風呂から下水の臭いが立ち込めており、快適に過ごすことができなかった。但し、スタッフのサービス等は非常によく、別の部屋であればまた利用したい。なお、当方は4名で宿泊したが、ダブルベッドが2つしかなく、非常に狭かった。
