The hotel is located on a small, quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. We traveled as a family and booked a two-bedroom suite for a few days. The space was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us and included a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. We arrived late on the night of December 23, and the night staff was extremely helpful—assisting us with our luggage and even helping us order food. When we checked out, he also carried our belongings to the street while we waited for the tour bus. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay, from the breakfast team to the front desk, who also helped us book our scooters.

It’s located in City centre but not on the main street so it’s very quiet and peaceful. All the staff members were very welcoming and kind. They helped us alot to find tourist attractions and recommended some nice local restaurants as well. Higly recommend this hotel. If I visit Hanoi again,I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel 깨끗하고 조용하고 매우 친절하게 도와주는 스태프들! 후기가 없어서 걱정했지만 아주 만족했습니다. 추천합니다.

amazing city hotel

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Rooms are huge and homely with all the amenities you'd need like a kitchen with utensils, laundry machine etc.. Everything is clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to the old quarter / hoan kiem area My only minor suggestion for improvement would to fit thermostatic valves on the taps in the kitchen/bathroom as the water can come out close to boiling temperature so easy to burn yourself. They should limit the maximum temperature. But a very minor point on a fantastic hotel.

레지던스형의 호텔이고 가격대비 퀄리티가 아주 높습니다. 위치도 모든 하노이 명소를 도보로 갈 수 있고 주변에 맛집도 많습니다. 여기는 조식이 뷔페가 아니라 주문형입니다. 매일 다른 메뉴를 주문해서 먹었는데 모두 맛이 아주 훌륭했습니다.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Was upgraded upon checkout to a larger room that was better suited for our group. Amanda was great in arranging cars for us to and providing us with great recommendations around town.

좋은 숙소입니다. 넓고 깨끗하고 친절하고 추천할수 있는 곳입니다. 구지 불편한 것을 말하자면 들어오는 입구가 좁습니다. 그리고 아침이 부페가 아니라 주문한 것을 가져다 주는 시스템인데 그거가 조금 불편한 수 있는 것 같습니다. 그리고 나머지는 모두 괜챦습니다. 수압이 조금 약하군요.. 침구 편하고 청소 상태 좋습니다.

20평형대의 넓은 호텔(이 호텔에서 제일 작은룸), 사진속 그대로의 신축 호텔입니다. 모든 직원들의 친절함, 그랩 불러주고 올때까지 같이 기다려줍니다. 아침 주문식단으로 객실안에서 느긋하게 식사를 할수있어요(주문하는것은 다 만들어줌). 전용 드럼세탁기, 매일청소해줍니다. 이틀만 있으면 한국 음식생각납니다 음식 재료 가져오셔서 모든 음식 해먹을수 있도록 시설 완벽하게 준비되어 있습니다. 생각이 깊을수록 기회는 없습니다. 아! 예약할때 침대1개를 예약했는데 침대2개입니다. 기본 침실구조입니다. 2개의 침실에 2개의침대, 골목이 좁은데 한번도 차 못들어간적없고 복잡한적 없었습니다.
