There were annoying faults with each of the three rooms I stayed in. Electricity failed in the first, faulty tap in the second and broken security box in both the first and third rooms.

What more can I say. Great price 5 Star service

I am super pleased with the service we received at 3B premier hotel and spa. Mr. Tony and the entire staff were so friendly and professional. Tony arranged a HaLong bay cruise for us and a private Ninh Binh tour as well that were both beyond what we expected. He also made changes for us on our travel plans to Hoi An and even helped out a couple we met after we had checked out. Overall the Hotel was in a great location, breakfast was nice and always treated us with a smile. Our airport pick up was waiting for us when we arrived. They helped with new SIM cards for our phone and changed money for us as well. Oh and they also booked massages for us too. I will recommend them to everyone. Outstanding treatment. A great way to start our trip. Thank you to everyone at 3B especially Mr. Tony. Sincerely Oscar Albuerne

上了三課1、別在同一家飯店住太多天！2,要當面清點付費飲料數量3,一句多國語言不一定包括中文！

沒有懂華語服務員，房間條件也不好！因為有冷氣壞掉被換一間房間，但被誣賴使用付費飲料，上了一課！所以入住飯店如果有付費飲料記得入住前清點好數量！

The staff were friendly and the room was fine for a couple of nights. The air conditioning in the room was great. We also made use of the laundry service which was fairly efficient. The lock on the door was tricky to unlock. The breakfast was fine but there was not as much choice as we got at other comparable hotels in Vietnam. It was great that we were able to get a takeaway breakfast from the hotel one morning as we had to leave early in the morning for a trip to Halong Bay.

スタッフはチェックイン時に事細かく説明してくれ、チェックアウト時は早朝でしたが、簡単な朝食弁当を持たせてくれました。私が泊まったた部屋は通りに面した４Fで、ドアのカギをかける際、ちょっと工夫を要しましたが、すぐに慣れました。室内は清潔です。３連泊の室内清掃後には毎回水のミニボトルやインスタントコーヒーなどが追加されます。廊下での話声はよく聞こえますが、ほとんど喋っている人はいませんでしたので、気になることはなかったです。シャワーの水圧、温度ともに問題なく、快適に使えました。水道水はかすかに茶色になっていましたが、このレベルでのホテルでは普通のようなので、そんなものと思えばよいでしょう。

Great Value and Service!

We stayed one night while before flying out of the country. Was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, the food at breakfast, the ease of connecting to the wifi and the comfort level of the bed. Definitely a place worth staying if you're in Hanoi!

10月に滞在しました。 予約をしたらすぐメールで 「空港まで迎えに行きますよ」 と連絡をくれました。 メールの文面もとても感じが良かったです。 スタッフは皆若く明るく親切です。 部屋は清潔で必要なものはすべてそろっています。 ホテルライフを楽しむというより、夜寝るために利用するには十分なホテルだと感じました。 スイートルームでしたが、高級ホテルで言えば普通のお部屋でした。 窓はありませんでした。 街中で眺望は望めないので想定内です。 湯船はなくシャワーのみ。壁は薄いです。 でもこのお値段ですから納得の上です。 お国柄を考えればとても良いホテルの部類に入るでしょう。 立地は繁華街で便利です。 その分騒音はあります。 別のホテルでも状況は同じかと。 施設が古いところはスタッフのサービスで払拭してくれます。 とても気持ちの良い対応でした。 宿泊費以上のホスピタリティだと思います。 これから泊まる方のために。 ホテルは小規模でスタッフも人数が限られています。 だから空港に車で迎えに来てくれる際、スタッフは一人です。 ですからこちらが車を見つける必要があります。 つまり他の大きなホテルのように名前入りの紙を掲げてのお迎えはしてくれません。 その点を理解して事前のメール交換の際、車のナンバーを聞いておくとスムーズに乗ることができるでしょう。 私たちはそれを知らなかったので、お迎えの車を見つけるのに少々手間取ってしまいました。 もしくは最初から迎えの車を断ってバスかタクシーを利用するのも手です。 その方が安いです。 ちなみに街中では配車アプリGrabが快適に使えるのおススメです。

Best hotel in Hanoi! I have stayed here several times and cannot speak more highly of the staff and facilities. Incredible value, great value and a very comfortable bed. Do yourself a favour and book here you won’t regret it.

Beyond Expectations!

We were surprised by how great this hotel was! We had walked by on another day to find the hotel (we were staying somewhere else in Ha Noi at the beginning of our trip before a short trip to Hoi An and Hue) and from the outside, we were not sure what to expect. It is in a colorful part of town (right in the old town with all sorts of shops, which is fantastic! but the streets can be dirty and many of the buildings look rundown), but it was a lesson in not judging a book by its cover. This hotel was fantastic! Our Vietjet flight was delayed a few hours, and we ended up not arriving until around 4 am in the morning! We had emailed the hotel, and they had multiple staff there and ready to pick us up at the airport, check us in, and carry our bags to the room! They even upgraded us to the beautiful suite with flower petals on the bed and everything! We just wish we could have had more time to stay there, because the next morning we had to leave at 9 am for a Ha Long Bay cruise. But we would definitely consider returning in the future with our kids and stay in the suite!! Thanks so much!

Clean Hotel, Good Staffs!

We got a big double bed room, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs were really kind, one of the best services I have ever experienced. The variety of breakfast was great and taste good. It located in the old quarter and is about 1km walk to the epicenter of old quarter. good stay and recommended.
