This is a very good quality budget hotel. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable bed,everything worked, and overall we were very pleased. It’s very handy to the airport, and there are local restaurants within walking distance.

Great location for access to the airport. Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. The waste basket in the bathroom had not been emptied but the housekeeping staff took care of it and apologized. Also the electric cord on the lamp on the nightstand was damaged and shorted out when I plugged it in. Got a shock from it. But again, the staff took care of it and was very apologetic. Overall, I would stay there again.

Convenient location. Fairly basic room, nothing special. TV didn't work, A/C didnt work properly, 2 burnt out light bulbs. Staff was unattentive, looking at their cell phones and talking to one another. Pretty much ignoring our requests.

With a 14 hour stopover in Hanoi airport, it was perfect for me, enabling a good night's sleep before getting on another long haul flight. The bed was good, the bathroom facilities were fine and the room was a reasonable size.

Clean room, courteous staff, close to airport. There's a few small cafes nearby if you want a bite, but otherwise this is just a great place to stay if you have an early/late flight. It's not as useful for a multinight stay as a "base" during your tour of Hanoi.

Excellent hotel to use as a quick stop gap when a flight home at an odd hour. $50 for the night to relax and have a shower before a 1am flight. No shopping and limited dining, so just ate at the airport instead. Only a 3 minute drive to departures and the hotel has a private car that they drive you over in for 80,000 VND.

I booked a suite with balcony and at first was given a small dark room until I showed them my booking she then told me she would upgrade me I don’t know what from as I had already paid for the suite. Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost 80000 for cut gave 100,000 vnd with tip. Tip is not required in Vietnam, but use to giving since from USA.

宿泊には問題ありません。 空港第2ターミナルから歩いて来る方もいるようですが、私は国内線ターミナルからGrabカーを利用。VMD50,000(300円)。 大きめのキャリーバック、雨降りだったのでGrab利用。アプリGrabをダウンロードすると良いでしょう！ アメニティの歯ブラシは品質が低い、毛が抜けます。歯ブラシは自分自身で持参が良い。
