Great overall experience! Grace, Carmellia and the rest of the concierge staff really made my stay extra special. They always greeted my parents and me when we went out adventuring and welcomed us "home" when we finally returned. Combine that with amazing breakfast food, an amazing swimming pool and a great room put this hotel in my record books.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Location is very convenient as its near to everywhere but it could get noisy in the evenings. Nice and helpful front desk team but sadly they didn’t recognize my Expedia Platinum status and late check out wasn’t granted. Tiny spa downstairs but the service is second to none! Suit was nice and super clean, I would definitely come back on my next visit.

Undoubtedly some of the best customer service I have experienced in 30 years of travelling. Staff extremely welcoming and attentive to every detail. Hotel itself ideally located close to the old quarter, making it easy to access many of Hanoi’s attractions. Would thoroughly recommend.
