Great location by the Old Quarter. Set back in an alley, so much quieter than a hotel on the streets. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and bright and the aircon is adjustable the cold level we like for the very hot Hanoi weather. The reception staff Apple, Hieu, and Lee were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles, provided useful tips on locations of good food and day trips suggestions, asked us where we had been the day for our visits, etc. Reviews on several booking sites also mentioned the same about them. They make this serviced apartment a top reason for stay. I also dropped by at the nearby BRG Mart (about 100m away) which we bought our groceries from almost daily to bid goodbye to the cashier who always greeted me with huge smile after an occasion when I used Google Translate to enquire where was the jam (i.e. Mut in Vietnamese). And there is a very strange store across our apartment... The store name is Uniqlo but it doesn't look like it at all.

Good place to stay

The property was well maintained and spacious. The hotel staffs were amazing. They spoke English well, provided very helpful information to navigate the area, eg. good food, shopping, and view points. Apple, the hotel staff, was very sweet and friendly.

The hotel staffs are REALLY nice. The location is a little bit difficult to find but it is surrounded by restaurants and marts. The price is also relatively cheap to the comfort condition. It’s highly recommended place to stay in Hanoi if you come here in group.

Staff was great however we had a bunch of issues. First it isn't in a great area. Just be aware of that. The staff continuously turned off the A/C when we left the apartment. They have controls behind the desk on the ground floor. The temperatures reached 100 degrees and when we got back to the apartment it was hot because of this. The washing machine didn't work properly. There is no dryer, just a bad clothes line outside. It rained and was humid so no way to dry clothes. The place had no napkins, paper towels, etc. They put stuff in the fridge however charged for everything. It was a bit odd since this is not a hotel but an apartment.

숙소가 깨끗하고 마음에 들어요!

숙소가 청결하며, 편의시설도 잘 갖추어져 있었다. 직원들도 모두 친절하며, 요구사항에 잘 대응해주었다. 다만 숙소 찻길에서 골목으로 들어간 위치라 찾는데 조금의 어려움이 있었다.

Good Hotel with value

Located in a lane but in the central city, The room is spacious and a small kitchen is attached. Maybe it is a lack of utensils when you check-in. The hotel provides anything you request. The staff is nice and helpful. The only suggestion for them is room cleaning. It seems cleaning signboard hanging on the door didn't be noticed. Overall it's a good hotel with value and will consider staying next time.

洗面台の電気がつかなかったたりIHのHOW TOが説明不足だったりしましたが、短期滞在でも勿論、長期滞在でも基本的にはリーズナブルな物件だと思います。 要望や問題点解決への対応力（フロント）は十分ある様に見えました。 私の友人には勧められる施設だと思います。

Short break

We stayed here for 4D/3N to explore Hanoi Old quarter and day trips to Ha Long Bay/ Ninh Vinh Province. We took a 2 bed apartment that was really spacious and had amenities like fridge, cooker, washing machine, smart TV. For us this was super convenient as we just went to the supermarket for a fruit and yoghurt breakfast and could stockup on snacks and cold refreshments for when we go back. The washing machine came in really handy for doing washes as needed and the TV was really good as we could steam our own YouTube vids to it for entertainment on am evening. The rooms were really dark and Aircon just nice so got a really good night's sleep. The hotel is located just outside the old quarter so still accessible to this area but benefits from being a little more quiet. Would definitely stay again and the staff were all very helpful.
