The room was in a great location with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many options and the food was good. The room was clean.

Dal Vostro Hotel doesn't really deserve the five stars I gave it given that we had several problems with the room. The staff however was excellent and did their best to make things right - I can't ask anything more. An example is the fridged in both our rooms didn't work. I was told that that was a known issue; that the fridges are largely there to keep dust off the minibar items. Someone though came by a short while later carrying a replacement fridge. It didn't keep anything cold, but did bring it a couple degrees below room temperature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great location. And again the staff were always keen to help.

A pleasant stay

Spent two nights here in December and it was a pleasant stay. Good location and friendly staff. However, this is not a 4 star-standard hotel. Should improve breakfast choice and bathroom drainage system.

Excellent Customer Service!!

The hosts were absolutely amazing and very attentive to our needs. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had all of the correct information in terms of restaurants, shopping and major attractions in the area. The owner of the hotel was able to pull some strings and get us last minute seating at 1 of the top rated restaurants in the area. We were made to feel at home and would definitely stay here again😁😁

Didn't like that we only get 1 key per room. The staff was excellent. Very polite. Very prompt at bringing items to room. We accidentally booked one day shorter than we thought we did and we left everything in our rooms to go sightseeing. The staff realized we were confused and had made a mistake and meant to book one more day so they left everything in our rooms untouched and let us book the same room when we got back to the hotel after sightseeing. I am so very grateful to them for being so considerate and understanding.

Ça fait le job mais pas exceptionnel

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Et le personnel au petit soin. L’espace famille se compose de deux chambres en bout de couloir avec une porte dans le couloir qui se ferme pour réunir les deux. Il n’y a pas de lumière de l’extérieur (une fenêtre qui donne sur un mur…). Attention, pas de piscine comme indiqué !

Goed hotel

Voor de 2e keer gekozen voor dit hotel. Geen gym aanwezig helaas maar wel alle luxe mogelijkheden. Rond HK zijn voldoende fitnessgelegenheden met een dagpas. Ontbijt is niet gratis, maar wel uitgebreid. Kamer is aan een opfrisbeurt toe. Voornamelijk de kitranden in de douche. Balkon kent een diepte van 20 cm. Voldoende km het weer even te checken voordat je buiten stapt. Vriendelijk personeel, al moest ik wel zelf medicatie ophalen toen ik hoge koorts had. Ze wezen me wel vriendelijk de weg. Ook tips over de simkaart, koop deze niet op het vliegveld. Beheersen de Engelse taal voldoende. Locatie is fantastisch. In en drukke straat, maar zonder veel autoverkeer. In het weekend is het hotel slechter bereikbaar, omdat HK lake dan een walking street is. Je moet dan wat verderop je laten oppikken door de taxi.

Mình chọn phòng có cửa sổ nhưng thực tế là cửa sổ giả nhé, nên không thông thoáng. Tường khá mỏng nên nghe cả tiếng ngáy và tiếng nói chuyện của phòng bên cạnh. TV thì chỉ tắt mở chứ k chuyển kênh được. Nv nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình
