過剰請求に注意

当日誤って過剰請求をした事実を認めたにも関わらず、未だに返金されません。 問い合わせしても、確認しますの一点張りでもう5ヶ月経ちました。 ちなみにホテルドットコムもホテル側のミスなので、何も出来ないとのこと。 ホテルにも、ホテルドットコムにも大変がっかりしてます。

I booked this hotel due to its location which is so near to the office of my client. The hotel is a little bit hard to find but staff is friendly to guide the grab driver. At the hotel, the checkin is smooth and staffs are helpful. To my surprise, with this price tag, the room is very clean (very important to me) and spacey, shower water is strong, bathroom is clean, wi-fi is fast and easy to connect. It provide some fruit as well. It is definitely more than what i expect for its price tag, i really think it is a hidden gem in the neighbourhood. Last but not least, the view on 8/F for the breakfast is spectacular! The only thing i have to complain really is the broken road from the main road to the hotel. Other than this i am more than delighted to stay with Brandi!

A hotel that no drivers can find

The hotel is not found in google map, making it difficult to find. It caused us extra time to get a cab every single time.

価格のわりに豪華なホテル

宿泊料はお手頃なのに、設備も家具寝具アメニティーもかなり贅沢な感じを味わえるホテルです。プールもスパもあって申し分ないです。従業員はみんな英語が話せて気が効く人ばかりです。

Cosy, comfy, friendly service

Not close to the city tourist noisy area. But...it is lovely...not spanking new...but such friendly service...so kind and helpful. Great customer services. Nice food at breakfast on ,8th floor...they have two hbo cable movie channels to watch when you are bored. They will convert usd dollars at the front desks. The cleaners are so thorough...they are excellent! The cafe directly opposite Brandi glass from doors is cheap and cheerful and lovely food. Just a nice place to stay...I was on fourth floor...it was lovely...I will stay again. 10/10 rating from me

Not so good, but not that bad

I travel a lot and so my comments might seem harsh. Everything is relative to what you're used to. Hotel in general - It's a small boutique hotel with limited service. The front desk took a long time to look up my reservation, which was done through Hotels.com (owned by Expedia). I don't think they are well set up with reservation systems, but it is still considered a 3rd world country. The staff are decent. They won't go out of their way for you. The breakfast up on the 8th floor was quite good. It's a small set up but the food was surprisingly good. The staff there was really good. They actually went out of their way to make you feel good. The view at the top is really nice. You can go up there at night and lounge around; they don't offer service after breakfast, so bring your own food and drinks. The room - I ordered a VIP room, which is supposed to be the largest room. It was not much bigger than the other rooms. The bed is stiff with very little cushion, but I think that is how Vietnamese sleep; hard beds. The sheets and pillows are decent, but you can tell it's worn. The bathrooms are not as clean as I like. I'm sure they clean every day but the walls had stains. My toilet would flush continually until I messed around with the lever. The shower is a step up tub/shower. Just be careful if you're not that coordinated. The towels smelled moldy.

ビジネス街にあり、各取引先と非常に近い場所にあるため、大変便利でした。

シャワーのお湯がときどき冷たくなることがありました。それ以外はとても良かったと思います。フロントの人もとても親切でした。夜、氷を頼んだら、すでにレストランが閉まっていて無理だと言われたのですが、その後どこからか調達してきてくださいました。

Good Cost Performance

This hotel provided sufficient services with a cheaper price. Room condition was nice except for air conditioner. Location is convenient to eat outside. It was also helpful that I could keep my baggage after checking out until evening time.

사진으로 본는것과 실제로 보는것이 얼마나 차이가 많은지 세삼 확인하게 되었습니다.

보는 것과 실제 방문하여 보는 것은 너무도 차이가 많다는 것을 느끼겠네요 향후 EXPEDIA 를 통해 호텔 부킹은 하지 않겠다는 생각입니다. 실망이 너무도 커서 가격 대비 ROOM 의 상태나 구조나 너무도 많이 실망 스러운 수준이라고 밖에는 달리 표현 할 단어가 생각나지 않는군요. 현재 부킹 한 것도 취소 할 생각입니다.

バスルームのドアが壊れてました。 シャワーのお湯の温度が低かった。 タオルがあまり清潔ではなかった。

フロントの方は大変良くしてくれました。 特に女性はの方は、一生懸命英語で対応してくれました。 何文字までですか？

Not bad so far, except Water flow.

Facilities are old a bit, but good enough condition overall. Staff is helpful, reception staff can speak English (intermediate). For the shower / bathroom, it was pretty small amount of water flow, even for VIP class room. Though I complained once, no improvement at all. The hotel is located near Indochina Plaza, it takes around 10 min. by walk. And price is not expensive. if you don't mind the MINOR issue above, it suits you.

ビジネス街に至近

IT系企業が集う Duy Tan に近く、比較的コストも控えめなため、短期の出張には適していると思います。一方、市街からはかなり距離があるため、観光等には不向きかもしれません。 また、朝食がついていますが、日本人でも問題なく食べれる内容だと思います。

いいホテルですが

ハノイに一時的に滞在するため一泊しました。 下記の2点以外はいいホテルだと思います。 1 ベットのマットレスが硬め。 2 夜にクーラーの室外機か、騒音が気になりました。
