A gem in hiding in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were amazingly helpful. Rooms have been recently upgraded. We even got advice on what areas to be carefull in and told never to hale taxi from side of road but to always use grab or have them book it through grab for us so we were not scammed. What shops have best deals on clothing shoes etc.... picked up exactly the same shoes as another family member for 1/4 the price they paid as we followed hotel staff advice. Best of all 2 doors down was by far the best restaurant we found to eat in for a quick tasty cheap meal and drink

It is not clean at all. A lot of mold, the room smells mold. There is no window. Very humid in the room. The shower was very nasty. No toilet paper. Towels very dirty. No food included even tho they mentioned included in our stay. Place looks horrible. No massage. No washing machine. Locker doesn't work. Please avoid at all cost!

You will get what you've paid

ほとんどホテルにはいないだろうと思い予約したホテルですが予想以上のがっかりでした。 掃除が行き届いていない。髪の長い子供と一緒に宿泊しましたが、前日のものなのか、そこら中に散らばっていました。 フローリングと呼ぶには古臭い木の板だったので、年をとった清掃者には見にくかったのかもしれませんね・・自分たちのものとはいえ 嫌な気分でした。次の日にフロントに「しっかり掃除をしてくれ」と注意しましたが、部屋に帰ってきても結果は同じ。 諦めました。タオルも白がくすんでいて汚かったです。1日目は変えてもらえてないのじゃないかな、と感じたほどでした。 ベットサイドのスタンド電気もコンセントが壊れているものをそのまま設置されていました。みて明らかに壊れているので、どうせなら 片付けておいてほしかったです。そこら中にありも歩いていますし、次に宿泊することはないでしょう・・ クーラーはうまく機能せず。朝食は時間になっても準備されず、品数も少ないものでした。 唯一の救いはスタッフが概ねフレンドリーだったこと。 You will get what you've paid　ですね。

概ね気持ちよく滞在できました。

いわゆる安宿に属する古いホテルですが、今建設中のフォーシーズンホテルにも近く場所は悪くないです。通りに面した明るい(たぶん通りの音が入ってくる)部屋と開かない小さな型ガラス窓の暗い部屋からチョイスです。微妙に上下階とつながっていて見えませんが話し声とタバコの臭いが入ってきます。水道栓の周囲には黒カビが生えています。広さは20m2位。でも受付の女性2名を含めスタッフは明るく親切で嫌な思いをしたことはありません。この価格としては良い宿だと思います。

Very disappointing

Perfect position near to night market and Lake but the downside was the noise of traffic which only abated for a couple of hours in the night. The hotel desperately needed some tlc and a deep clean. There was an intermittent bad smell in our rooms and fir me the bed was way too hard. Breakfast on 2 of the 3 mornings was not replenished so very little choice. The star were great, friendly and helpful
