Nice hotel but shows sign of age - see my pictures

Hotel is nice. Next to the metro. Not far away from bus station. Breakfast was not so great even though it had many items to chose fromSpecial Thanks to one lady who called her son to assisted me with questions since on one spoke English. Another lady sew my ripped bag pack. Overall - I Recommend this hotel.

Room was comfortable. Shame shower was over the bath. Room was clean. Reception staff do not speak any English, so foundit hard to comunicate. Staff member at reception to breakfast dining room was very rude & totally not helpful to the extent of turning her back & not even asking for assistance from another staff member. Staff serving in dining room were lovely. Hotel very close to train service. The reception staff did their very best when we required a taxi & we got to where we wanted to. Overall our stay was acceptable.

Nice & clean room with good facilities in house & a good breakfast selection. Only thing lacking which was minor was no USB outlet in room . Also the Airconditioning wouldn't work in rooms

Pros- Good location, 2min away from metro station. Room was very spacious and bed was firm and nice. Cons - Check in took very long (> 30min). There was only one receptionist to handle all late night check in. His attitude wasn’t good at all. Bath tub drain wasn’t working well. Breakfast was more of local cuisine than usual American breakfast.

i've booked a room for 3 adults but when checked-in to the hotel they only given a double bed, we asked for another extra bed & they said there is no extra bed stated in the booking. I always assume that we booked a room for 3 adults then the price has incurred an extra adult with an extra bed.

Too much smoking in China

Good sized room. Very clean hotel. Only problem was I got a no smoking room not on a no smoking floor. I left the bathroom ceiling fan on all the time to eliminate the smoking from the venting system for the floor. Livable but not exactly desirable.

旧市街地にある老舗のホテル

大変きれいなホテルですが歴史がある分、近代的というよりはクラシックな趣のホテルです。Wi-Fiの取り扱い説明が無かったので少し戸惑いました。説明書きはあった方が私たちの年齢にはありがたいです。

4 star hotel luxury in the suburbs of Hangzhou

Located near the airport and a 35 minute taxi ride to Hangzhou East Station, the New Century Hotel was absolutely delightful to room in. It is in a sort of metropolitan suburbs of Hangzhou, meaning that although there are much fewer tall buildings around it is still extremely clean and safe like the rest of the city. It is also right next to Metro Line 2, Peoples' Road Station, meaning getting to the tourist attractions and downtown is very easy. The hotel employees were all very nice. Check-in, daily maintenance, and calling a taxi for checkout were all done easily. That said, nobody knows any English so I hope you are able to use basic Chinese before coming. The room was very modern and clean, up-to-spec with a typical 4 star hotel in the rest of the world. Room service prices were also quite reasonable, and they have a selection of both Chinese and Western foods. The water in the bathroom was high pressure and also hot, meaning we could enjoy cleaning up after touring during the day. Also, complimentary fruits. And unlike many western hotels, there was both free WiFi and wired internet, without any extra charges required. The bad? Our room's air conditioning didn't seem to work, so for our entire stay the temperature was stuck at a sweltering 25 degrees centigrade. I don't know if that is a problem with just our room, or a problem with the hotel, but it is a thing to keep in mind. Also, the mattresses were slightly stiff/thin.

Worth staying good value for money

Overall very good hotel. Location is great in Xiaoshan. Down side is a very limited gym. Apart from that can not fault the hotel for Segovia and value

Hangzhou Good Hotel.

I arrived late from Australia, and was greeted well. The doorman even helped me manage a taxi driver who wished to overcharge me. I had a good sleep and a wonderful breakfast in the cafe in the morning, before I departed on the next leg of my journey. I will definitely stay there again, but perhaps arrange pickup from the hotel to avoid the issue with the taxi driver. The staff were ever so helpful.

편히 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 방이 조금 작은 느낌은 있었지만 전체적으로 깔끔했으며 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 무엇보다 영어는 잘 되지 않았지만 프론트데스크는 친절한 느낌을 많이 받았습니다.
