"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "The property manager immediately made us feel welcome. The locale is quiet and scenic and the staff are attentive to questions and requests. There are many insects, some which gain access to the room easily. "

"It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended"

"There was no maid service the whole time we were there. There was no stocked minibar. The restaurant/coffee cafe is like a school cafeteria and the table and seat coverings were filthy. There were ants on the breakfast buffet as well as in our room. If convenience store means three kinds of chips, peanuts, soda, beer and a basket of plastic razors; then yes, they did have that. It was right there in the cafeteria. Also, it was out in the middle of nowhere on a road not pedestrian friendly, so...
