"Excellent staff. Really hard bed, really uncomfortable. The room AC didn’t feel like it was working. The room was at 75° when we got there and never got below 72° even at night even when we opened the window. The shower water pressure was really weak. And our room light turned on by itself multiple times while we were in the room."

Rushed through check in without giving any information on amenities such as pool hours, parking, breakfast etc. went into room and it smelled horrid, like stale cigarette. No exhaust fan In bathroom. Breakfast was cold with minimal options"

"Our experience at this hotel was very poor. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and even though we reported it, no one was sent to fix it. The only solution they offered was that if we needed to use the bathroom, we had to go down to the first floor. Additionally, the room was not clean. We found trash left behind by previous guests, which clearly shows a lack of proper housekeeping and hygiene. We also asked for a rollaway bed, and we were told that none were available. However, later we saw in the housekeeping area that they actually had many extra beds, at least around 20, but they simply refused to provide one to us. Overall, the service was very poor. There was a lack of customer care and no effort to resolve basic issues during our stay."

"This property is worth reviewing because it gives a poor first impression but it’s a mixed bag. The brown carpeting and mocha paint make it look shabby. The inside of the elevator is dirty. The rooms need an update. And the surrounding neighborhood has some sketchy homeless/drug camps. That said, my room was clean, bed was good and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was above expectations and coffee was excellent. And security at hotel and in parking lot seemed adequate. Overall, the place is rundown but not a bad deal for the price, as long as you set expectations appropriately."

"The staff was really nice and the location next to the airport was very good. I didn’t think this particular building measured up to the standards for other Tru hotels. The walls were very thin and I could hear their other rooms next to mine and footsteps from the room above. "

"My first time staying at Embassy Suites I hosted my 5 year old grandson and nephews and they all had the best time we built core memories for sure! From the coy fish and wish fountains, to the airport and unobstructed view. Spacious, clean and inviting staff. The complimentary breakfast was all that and then some. I can’t wait to book another family night!"

"I was in room 121 and there was lots of noise from the apartment or workers room directly above my room throughout the night. Sounded like someone repeatedly walking in hard-heeled shoes or dropping things on the floor. Very odd!"
