Completed online check-in, had to repeat the same process with front desk when i arrived. Upon arrival we were informed there were only 2 rooms available, even though we had booked ahead. 1 room had a broken door, the other had a broken TV. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, even in the "non-smoking" areas. We asked for a discount given the circumstances and never received a discount or any sort of communication from the front desk. The only good thing I can say is that the room was quiet, making it easy to rest after a long day of traveling.

Ok hotel

Hotel was right off the highway. It was comfortable quiet and inexpensive. Breakfast was slim but did the job. The hotel is nothing fancy but works if you are riding the trail and dont want to camp. Easy access to the trail.

They had a bike wash, we greatly appreciated having clean bikes for our next days ride. Plus, they had towels for us to dry off the bikes. Only place along the trail that offered this.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet location. We were there on business (in Berkeley Springs WV) and the drive is a convenient 15 minutes. The breakfast is minimal. We will definitely return next year.
