"This was by far the cleanest and nicest hotel room our family has stayed in. We booked through Expedia and asked for an accessible suite. The staff at the hotel was very kind, helpful, and attentive to our requests. When we arrived to the hotel around 9pm, the bathroom lacked a shower chair. I asked them for one and it was delivered In a timely manner. Everything about our short stay was perfect."

"Numerous restaurants and shopping near by and a walkable area which made my vacation enjoyable. There was a park and historic sites throughout Towson to enjoy. I have been coming up to BMore for 23 years and after my stay I will always make Hampton Inn Townson my destination."

"The breakfast buffet on Sunday was excellent and the cooked to order breakfast on Monday was outstanding! A little slow on food prep but I understand there was an unexpected kitchen staffing issue and that just happens sometimes. I would like to suggest that rooms should be stocked with enough bath towels for the number of guests for two days (2 guests x 2 days = 4 bath sets). It just creates an extra trip for the guest to the desk to request and wait on a towel and then back to the room. With every other day room service it just seems to make sense."

"The location is great if you want to check out the Inner Harbor area or attend a Ravens/Orioles game. It was an easy walk to both. The front desk staff was very helpful after my initial phone call. Park in the Harbor Court Garage but don't scan the QR code on the wall signs (even though the signs say you have to). When you check-in, tell them you parked in the garage and give them your license plate number and you can get a better rate through the hotel. The front desk didn't tell me any of that when I called about where to park. The hotel also has valet but we didn't use it. The property itself is a little older and the showing some wear and tear. No overhead lights in the rooms, just a bunch of switched lamps. No nightlight in the bathroom - the light is either on or off. There's a bathtub in the bathroom and the caulk is gray and the surface is chipped. The shower knob was loose/not attached well. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view of the harbor was nice from our 8th-floor room. We would return."
