This is a great hotel near the main shopping area and a short walk from Central Station. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and breakfast was amazing. I can't wait to come back

Good looking hotel, in an excellent location- just far away enough from the business of the station. Rooms were excellent, included free mineral water, and coffee pod machine; bar area good too. Rooms well insulated from noise outside, though air con was weak. However, staff would ignore you, didn't say good morning, or even hello as you walked past. I did like the bar, but drinks frequently went off; sometimes table service, sometimes you went to the bar yourself. Otherwise I would recommend.

New hotel. Friendly staff. Room is spacious with a wonderful bed. Nespresso machine in room was nice. Breakfast is way over priced & not worth it, other options in walking distance.

What a wonderful hotel! The rooms were delightful, the staff were excellent, and the location was convenient. Although I’m not sure how long the hotel has been around, it felt quite new due to its cleanliness and upkeep. However, the evening restaurant experience was disappointing; we spent a significant amount on a nice meal, but it didn’t meet our expectations against the cost.

Be cautious when crossing the street in front of the hotel where is no signal for pedestrian. Bed was not so comfortable. Transportation is very comfortable.

Its location is very good as it is on the subway station and very close to the central station. The rooms are very clean as it is a new hotel. Towels are clean and big size. Clean ( maybe ) coffee cups and glass cups were arranged in the room But what surprised me is that maids washed the used coffee cups at the bathroom and returned them on the cabinet. In addition, they did not change used glass cups at all during my stay ( one week ). This is not acceptable for me.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, was wirklich praktisch war. Rathaus und Speicherstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sah frisch renoviert aus. Man hat auch nichts von den Nebenzimmern oder Lärm von außen gehört, wirklich super.

Frühstück solala

Zimmer waren gut und sauber! Bus oder Metro-Anbindung könnte besser sein, der nächst bus ist 300m weg, grundsätzlich aber sehr zentral. Frühstück hat mir nicht so gefallen. Milch hatten sie diverse laktose frei etc aber keine normale Milch, nur 0.4% Fettarme milch, was sie als normale Milch angeschrieben hatten. solche Bevormundung muss nun wirklich nicht sein.
