The hotel is situated right next to the sea and the sunsets are stunning. The room is big and quite comfortable. My only complaint is the toilet had a continuous noxious odour that may be from the backflow or exhaust of other units.

Mercure Saga Karatsu Resort
A little old hotel, and need transportation to go out to town, but close to beach. Big bath was great. Hotel provides transportation between hotel and couple stations.
