This a great place to stay while in Melbourne. Staff were quite accommodating, parking while extra really secure and easy to access, location is a few minutes walk from the trams that go to the city and south and it is a 20 minutes ride by tram to the heart of town. In no world is this a 5 star hotel. It was a bit run down and cleanliness could definitely be improved. I would have been ok with it as-is as a 3 star hotel, but with the expectation of 5 stars, it was disappointing.
