"It was average as far as stays go. Ive been to better motels but ive also stayed in worse hotels. Had to ask for clean towels and a new bedspread when we arrived. The room smelled musty and the bedspread was dirty on one of the beds. The lady did get us a new bedspread and she remade the bed. They dont clean or get the trash while your there. We spent 3 nights there so the trash was pretty piled up when we left. I did use walmart bags to at least bag the trash up. Overall I give it a 3 star."

"Comfortable rooms and beds. Pool temperature is perfect! Great breakfast options. You have to ring the bell on day shift to get a person behind the counter but they do respond promptly. The flavored creamer at the coffee bar needed to be restocked. Overall a wonderful stay!"

"Worst place ever! Don’t book! The management lies to get out of giving refunds! Upon arrival the entire place looks abandoned. The pool completely brown and not maintained. We booked via Expedia 15 minutes before our arrival. After checking in we went to our room and notice right away that the gray decorative blankets on top of the beds were stained. Upon pulling back the bedding both beds were dirty with stains and filth. They had not been washed. We went back to the lobby and asked for another room, no apologies, nothing! We went to the second room and it was even worse, so back to the lobby we went. We asked for a refund and were told we had to contact Expedia. So I asked for some kind of receipt of proof, we were offered no help of any kind. I contacted Expedia immediately as we continued driving for the night. We were later told our refund request was denied because the hotel manager lied and said we were in the first room for over 45 minutes. Then stated that both rooms were unnecessarily stripped of the bedding and we intentionally smudged the sheets. We were in each room only minutes and told the hotel manager we left the bedding pulled back so he could see the filth. My Expedia chat proves that the guy is lying about the amount of time spent there, but yet Expedia continues to deny the refund and stand behind this awful hotel! Lesson learned, don’t book from third party sites! Expedia lost this customer!"

"We had an excellent day while we were in town. Easy access to local restaurants and close to the freeway. Good selection for breakfast. We could see that they were in the process of updating, which is always nice to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."
