"Great stop off point on the Garden route. Hotel had great views across the ocean and nearby town and close enough to amenities to have a social gathering wander across to them. Room immaculate with great facilities. "

"The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!"

"What a wonderful experience. Accommodation was exceptional. Restaurant was better than some Michelin Starred places we have visited. Food was out of this world. Service from Chantelle ( may be slightly different name, but young lady with red hair) was top class. Even the owner, lent us beach equipment. Rudolf was a brilliant host as was his lovely wife. "Die Zimmer in 1. Stock sind über eine steile Außen-Holztreppe zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind direkt vom Gang einsehbar, da man außen an den großen Fenstern vorbei geht. Es gibt Vorhänge, aber wer will schon immer im dunkeln sein? Wir sollten zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr anreisen. Die Managerin teilte uns mit das sie nicht da ist, aber vielleicht ihre Reinigungsdamen oder sie hinterlegt den Schlüssel in einer Box oder... Es wirkte sehr unorganisiert und die Kommunikation fand über diverse WA statt. Nun...

"Beautifull farm with fantastic views, mountains and sea, sunsets and sunrises. Interesting guests and nice vibe. Lovely outdoor deck where guests can relax and enjoy the views. Room comfortable and nice hot shower, clean. Blinds cannot be openen properly, broken ties. Communal kitchen and lounge area available for guests. Unfortunately, untidy, not clean, utensils, crockery and appliances tacky, some broken and not clean. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of all areas. Outdoor areas not well...

"The Sky Penthouse was very large and roomy with a great view. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was excellent. Everything about the hotel was five star. The only two things we were disappointed in was the property was on top of a cliff which led to a gorgeous view but getting to the beach was a little inconvenient. It is not a great beach for sunbathing/picnicing. Also, we had planned to walk to the trails at the national park but this is not easy to do. Overall, excellent stay"

"The place has a great view of the ocean, but the rooms are disappointing for the price you pay as there are none of the regular items you'd expect, such as a microwave or ice trays. There is a notice in the room that all kitchen items have been removed due to fire hazards, but all the other places we went to simply upgraded to improve their safety and still provide guest with the needed items. Though a decent sized TV was int he room, the hotel selected a poor satellite provider that's...

"We wanted to love this place. The location and house is sublime. The staff is very nice as well. The problem is that we payed a great deal for two nights, but there was no hot water for the entire stay. On the morning we were leaving, prior to check out time, they just shut off the water altogether with no warning. They did give us 10% off for one night. But that was hardly compensation for the water situation. I just can’t recommend this place. "
