I have booked this hotel with Expedia and it was trick to find directions because the name on google is in Arabic only, and there is another Suknai hotel in Hail. Best thing to do is open Expedia app and click on “Get directions”. Easy access from the main road but very limited parking spots. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Linens and bath towels clean and new. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was ok, very limited options for westerns. There was no egg, no yogurt and only corn flakes as cereal option. Coffee was bad, not good. Fruits they only had watermelon. Room service was good and tasty. We ordered two fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and portion was very big, one could serve us both easily. The hotel offers a beautiful view from the rooftop. Overall a good stay and worth the money.

Great Hotel , Love it

The hotel is well located , near to key retails and restaurants. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are extremely nice people , i felt like at home . There are better hotels but this hotel has a charm to it. Love it Under the hotel there is an italian restaurant, flower shop, sim card shop and a rent a car. The brekfast is served to the room regardless of tne time and the brekfast is lovely with organic food. They cleaned our room even at 7pm which was nice. Highly recomend it

The hotel in general is nice and tidy. The smell of the lobby is good, but sometimes there is a smell of cooking on the second floor. I took a deluxe room with a view. The insulation between the rooms is nice, but on the street it is annoying. The breakfast was tried, beautiful and delicious, and it was brought to the room because the restaurant was not ready. There is Parking on the street and behind the hotel

The room is clean, and quiet and has a good-sized window. However, the windows need to be changed and the fumes from the cleaning products are quite strong. The workers sometimes have a noticeable odour, so I usually spray some perfume after they leave. As for the food, it is overrated, poorly presented and not very tasty. However, it is still edible if you have to eat it.
