The rooms are not that clean they could really use new carpet and clean around the outside edge of the walls and the wallpaper was coming down off the walls and you could see the mold. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norfolk by IHG
This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Even the pool area, elevator, and hallways were spotless, and everything felt new and fresh. If I ever pass through the area I'll definitely think about staying there again.
