"If you want to stay somewhere with a historical vibe, this could be an option for you. However the bathroom was too outdated for my liking and the sink drained extremely slowly. I also was surprised to be charged a "resort fee" of $45 a day (my fault for not scrolling to the BOTTOM of the listing and seeing it) which they say covers things like WiFi and the gym. It's 2026, just include it in the price if you're going to charge regardless of usage. Shady transparency is a big turnoff in the hospitality sector."

"Front desk staff were lovely. Great location central to everything. The room could have been cleaner, our bath was full of someone else’s hair. The elevators run on a computer system that make riding the elevator a nuisance. You select your floor on a screen and it directs you to a specific elevator but doesn’t equate for 10 other people and their luggage so if the one it assigns you is full, you have to go back and start again. Sometimes took us 3 rounds until we got on the elevator to our floor."

"POD Times Square was a perfect place for me. The front desk staff was very helpful and even upgraded my room for free! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They offer private drivers to the airport for a fee, the also offer free guided tours throughout the week. The bar was cute and comfortable. They have pastries and some food items available for purchase I think they also offered breakfast but I didn't try it. My only small complaint was that the hallway to my room was pretty dark. I felt a little insecure walking the hall. I would definitely stay at POD Times Square again."
