"What a gem of a find! True to its name, this was a happy and peaceful place for the 4 days we were on Moorea. This property is very well kept and our bungalow spotless and well stocked with kitchen necessities. Loved having our own outdoor living/dining patio space and access to the pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs to enjoy the lovely sunsets. The daily breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Thank you to the warm, welcoming and helpful staff of Fare Oaoa Haapiti! "

"Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "

"All was good. Things were a little dated but everything was clean an working. Really liked the setting with the little porches around the pool and all the gardens. We arrived late, cooked dinner in the kitchenette and swam in the pool with the night lighting. Very nice atmosphere. Only thing we didn't like was the noise on the road from behind - was on the weekend and could here several loud motor bikes going by throughout the night."

"What a gorgeous property, and so close to the airport, without feeling the slightest bit like an “airport hotel.” The place is large and well laid-out, with a wide variety of pool and dining options, each with a totally different vibe. We spent a two-day layover here on the way to New Zealand, and without ever leaving the property, we felt like we had a lovely little Tahitian getaway! The “Lagoonarium” — a mini-lagoon with exotic fishes you could swim with! — was a childhood dream come true! I...

"Lovely, helpful staff see you to this ocean side bungalow with kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and great deck where you can sit and enjoy the sight of the reef. Snorkelling right from your private beach yields coral and tropical fish from the shore. A couple of downsides: there are no staples like sugar, coffee, salt, etc in the kitchen; there is no comfortable chair so you either sit on the bed or you are upright at the table; the reception is only there for assistance for an hour or so...

"Overwater bungalow was spectacular!! A must!! Most gorgeous views of Mo'orea. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was a little outdated and not the largest but the beaches on property were stunning! "
