Overall great !

Peaceful atmosphere, spotless rooms, helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. Comfortable and hassle-free stay.

All good Staff excellent Friendly and helpful

Really helpful staff. Great simple breakfast and a good location for the airport.

Staff was brilliant

As the name suggests this hotel is just up from the main train station which was very handy for us to go to Cologne and Phantasialand, the city centre and old town is also very accessible with public transport but we quite liked the walk down through little Tokyo but it will take 25-30 mins. Property was comfy, clean and breakfast was nice but can be hard to find a table at peak times. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Lovely hotel but having a a kettle or coffee making facilities would have made it perfect staff polite, friendly and very helpful

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t connect to the WIFI but other than that a lovely well situated hotel.

Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfy.

Very nice reception staff. The breakfast was amazing. I had a very good stay and will come back again.

Great hotel to stay at and handy for shops and trams as well. Lovely rooms and the staff were always very helpful. Can't beat the price either for what u get. Never tried the breakfast as was out early.

Ideal location for main station in Dusseldorf, and a very clean tidy property with excellent staff

The room was very spacious and clean. Food and dinning experience excellent. The staff are all very curtious, polite and helpful. My second time here at the Van der Valk and wouldn't book anywhere else particularly for the concerts at the Dome.

Hotel was modern clean with helpful staff. Amenities were close to hand and we will definitely would come back.
