"Clean room, nice decor. No kettle in the room (which is not uncommon in Germany I think), but late at night to first thing in the morning you can pick up a free coffee downstairs. The room with a view overlooking the railway did have some noise as they were carrying out engineering work overnight, but it didn't disturb us. A really nice hotel at a good price, in a excellent location."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. Within walking distance of the train station and the Cologne Cathedral. Beautiful view of the cathedral from my window. Highly recommend!"

"Don't be fooled by the parking - the underground parking signed 'Hotel Parking' is not affiliated with the hotel and costs a fortune. Although the staff will tell you this at check-in, there is every chance you won't use the check-in as you're warned by text message that 'time is running out' to check-in on-line"

"Room was a little dated with cracks in bathroom here and there however, cannot fault the stay we had a room upgrade with a view of the cathedral, the use of mini bar free of charge was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely book here again on our return visit."
